Who is the conference designed for?

b2b Search Strategy is designed to help you and the people at your firm set the strategy for your b2B Search Engine Marketing efforts. This event will help you out perform your competitors, and build your business. The event is designed to allow senior marketing professionals to share best practices, strategies and case studies. Attendees will include: Marketing Managers, Directors, VP's, CMO's, Consultants and Senior Agency Managers.

What is the dress code for b2b Search Strategy?

Business casual dress is appropriate for all conference activities. Temperature in hotel meeting rooms can vary and air conditioning can be erratic. We suggest you dress in layers so you can be comfortable both at the sessions and during breaks and lunches.

What is the Cancellation Policy?

Cancel up to 7 business days before the seminar and your registration will be refunded less a $150 enrollment charge. After that date refunds are not available but you may send another designated person in your place. Please note that if you cancel and don't attend you are still responsible for payment.
If for reasons of Force Majuere the event cannot take place as scheduled the Organizer reserves the right to reschedule the event to a date and place of its choosing.

How do I get the Sponsor Discount?

To receive the Sponsor discount you need to enter the promo code provided to you by the Sponsor (in their invitation email) into the code field in the registration system. The appropriate discount will be applied at checkout.If you have not received a sponsor discount, please contact one of the sponsors or send an email to invitation@b2BSearchStrategy.com. Include your title, company and affiliation (if any) with any of the sponsors. Sponsor affiliation is not required to receive the discount and is used for tracking purposes only.

Are meals covered as part of my registration?

Many of your meals are included in your conference registration fee. Continental breakfast will be served each morning from 7:00 a.m. to 8:35 a.m. Lunch is provided as well as refreshment breaks (morning and afternoon). A networking reception will also be included for an additional fee and may be selected when you register.

What payment methods are available?

You may register for the PPC Summits using the secure checkout page in our registration system. The registration system accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
You may also use the registration system to generate a purchase order and pay by corporate check. PLEASE NOTE: All payments must be made on or before the first day of the Summit. Attendee substitutions are permitted without charge.

How do I qualify for early bird pricing?

To qualify for early bird pricing you must register and pay for your ticket by midnight Pacific Standard Time on the deadline for early bird registration.

What do I need to bring to the conference?

Useful things to bring to the conference include your laptop, a sweater or jacket (to dress in layers) and plenty of business cards for networking.

Can I record the sessions using video, audio or digital camera?

Sessions may not be taped or recorded without express written permission from the Summit organizers and any audio or video equipment will be confiscated.

How many people are expected to attend the conference?

150 attendees are expected to attend the conference. Registrations will be limited to encourage learning/sharing opportunities and networking.

Should I wait to Register?

We are limited on attendance by room size and availability and so we won't be able to accommodate many folks on a waiting list. If you wait to register, you are taking a huge chance that the event is going to be full. Previous Alteract Marketing events have sold out and we expect the b2b Search Strategy conference to do so also. When we say its limited attendance and events sell out fast it is NOT a sales pitch, they do and we have had to turn attendees away who waited until the last minute to register. Don't let that be you!

Will you be extending the Early Bird discount rate?

As soon as all tickets are sold at the early bird rate, tickets will only be available at full price. Early Bird registration deadlines are typically 15 days before the conference start date.

Will you be providing any discounts on sleeping room accommodations?

A limited amount of rooms has been reserved for conference attendees. You can see information about these rates/locations on the venue page. Discounted rates are only available by calling the number listed for the hotel on the venue page or using the online reservation form and using the code given.

Do I have to pay for parking and accomodations?

Parking and accomodations for the b2b Search Strategy conference are the responsibility of the attendee. You will pay the costs for these items directly with the hotel or conference venue. We have tried to choose a venue for the event where there are parking options but parking in major cities can be expensive and limited. In an effort to save money and time we suggest using one of the excellent public transit options available in San Francisco, as they provide easy access to the event.
